UFC 270 Results and Closing Odds: UFC 270 went down on Saturday, January 22nd from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

The event was headlined by a UFC heavyweight championship unification bout between champion Francis Ngannou and interim UFC heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane.
